Modular section prefab, and 3D Volumetric vary in component make-up and overall material detail and specifications, and we will be pleased to supply individual specifications on request, and subject to your project, but in both instances of paramount importance to us is quality and reliability.
The steel panel elements of our Integrated Technology, modular panel, prefabricated houses and manufactured buildings are made of High-strength corrosion-resistant LGS steel, with the walls, floors, roof and all construction elements being fully accredited.
(e.g. EN-1090 - ISO 9001: 2009, + A1: 2011, to EXC3 according to EN-1090-2)
Insulated in excess of all current building regulations and requirements for both thermal and acoustic performance.
Fire resistance to Euroclass A1.
The basis for the system is a variety of purpose designed, high-tensile LGS steel manufactured profiles, that have been fully developed, tested and approved.
When combined, they can rapidly create a wide spectrum of building shapes and can be adapted to suit most plans, designs or end-user requirements.
Subject to design, up to 3 levels can be constructed without any additional HGS (Heavy Gauge Steel) components.
In the case of 3D Volumetric, construction includes a fully insulated steel-frame floor, mounted above the slab to allow maximum under-airflow. Subsequent levels include bot steel frame ceilings, and an additional steel-frame floor.
The substantial high performance external walls are available in various complex profile dimensions, with a wide selection of insulation and load strength qualities and capabilities. All supplied as pre-manufactured and assembled, 3D modular elements.
External walls are commonly available based on two substantial profile dimensions. (Although subject to specification / special requirements)
Those being: 130mm to 298mm total thickness, (excluding additional finishes etc.) and as specified, to the appropriate U-factor. Including 0.14 (W / m2K)

The numerous layers of our modular panel system, all form an environmentally friendly and very energy-efficient building. - Internal damp and mildew-forming spores etc. are now a thing of the past.
Perfect for a far healthier environment. (Especially important for those with respiratory issues.)
Internal / partition walls are also supplied as pre-manufactured and assembled, 3D modular elements.
They are formed from a base high tensile steel core profile generally of a minimum of 89mm in thickness.
(Subject to individual requirements, structural/architectural specifications and end-uses.)
Plus the various plasterboard (gypsum) and/ or MGO (Magnesium Oxide - wet areas) each side. All commonly totalling around 140mm.
They are similarly well insulated.
Assembly is simple, fast and safe based on standard slab* foundations, commonly around 150 - 300mm.
*Subject to design, topography and geotechnic survey reports. - Our constructions are on average, only 25% of the weight of traditional 'brick and block'.
The advanced manufacturing design allows for rapid wall assembly incorporating our patented fail-safe interlocking mechanisms.
Individual panels are completely pre-formed in the factory.

Our prefabricated modular panellised and modular volumetric houses have many advantages including energy conservation, and can be supplied to be seismic (earthquake) and cyclone/wind (e.g. hurricane) zone compliant and with snow-loading capabilities.
As a direct result of the advanced level of completion and quality control system at the manufacturing plant, less specialised labour is required during the construction process, and accordingly reduces dependency on increasingly scarce (and more expensive) locally supplied skilled labour.
The very simple to follow construction system being overseen, guided and advised by one of our Chief Engineers.
The rapid completion to weatherproof and secure period also ensures projects are not governed, dependent or restricted by 'working / weather seasons'.
